Book your stayBook your stayThese terms govern stays at Villa Boutique Amani, Les Perles de Marrakech 46, Marrakech, Morocco, a privately owned guest residence operated under Moroccan tourism regulations. By requesting a booking you accept them.
A direct booking request (website, WhatsApp, phone or email) is confirmed once we confirm availability and send you a written confirmation with your reservation reference. No prepayment is required, you settle the full amount on arrival at the villa. Direct bookings are offered at 10% below our Booking.com rate for the same dates. Reservations made through Booking.com follow that platform's conditions.
Prices are per room per night in EUR (or MAD equivalent), including service. The Moroccan municipal tourist taxes (taxe de promotion touristique and taxe communale) are charged per person per night at the rate set by the Marrakech authorities and collected at the villa, as required by Moroccan law. Optional rate plans (e.g. bed & breakfast, half board, activities, transfers) are charged as agreed at booking.
Unless a different policy is stated in your confirmation: because no prepayment is taken, you may cancel free of charge, we simply ask that you let us know as early as possible; no-shows and departures after check-in may be charged for the booked stay. Date changes are accommodated subject to availability. We recommend travel insurance. Where Moroccan consumer law (Law 31-08) grants non-waivable rights, those rights prevail.
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00; late checkout may be offered as a paid option. Moroccan law obliges us to register every guest with the local authorities: please present a valid passport or national ID on arrival. Guests must be the persons named in the booking.
The villa is a quiet private residence: respect for neighbours, no unregistered visitors overnight, no smoking indoors, and children at the pool only under adult supervision, the pool is unsupervised and used at guests' own risk. Guests are liable for damage they cause. Our liability is limited to cases of proven fault under Moroccan law and does not cover valuables not deposited with management, or events of force majeure (including governmental measures, natural events and utility failures), in which case we will propose alternative dates or refund amounts paid for unused nights.
Private events (dinners, birthdays, weddings, gatherings) are welcome by prior written agreement only, with their own quote and conditions.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. We will always try to resolve any concern directly, please talk to us first. Failing amicable resolution, the competent courts of Marrakech have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence for EU guests.
